The Villa was built in 1958 and has been in business ever since.
The hotel has 30 rooms (of which 9 will be renovated in 2023), 2 restaurant rooms, a breakfast room, a bar and a new spa.
Over the years, the hotel has always been the subject of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work. By way of example only, we mention the interventions carried out from 2019 to today:
- Construction of a wellness center with heated swimming pool, spa (with sauna, Turkish bath, salt room, Kneipp path, emotional path, hydromassage tub and relaxation area with herbal tea room) and 2 massage rooms
- Creation of a terrace where aperitifs and light lunches are served
- External coat around the entire perimeter of the facade for greater energy efficiency
- Replacement of traditional shutters with electric shutters
- Renovation of rooms (systems, furniture, home automation, etc.)
- Installation of a new wood chip boiler to replace the oil boiler
- Installation of 28 kW of photovoltaic panels
The business is growing rapidly and has an excellent positioning in the local market. It is a well-known and appreciated structure and boasts an excellent customer portfolio with a medium-high spending target
