Opportunity for Business Partners / Agencies to Introduce high potential Business Management Application related to Filling Stations / Petrol Sheds
Could get an income of minimum USD 300,000 per year depending on your introductory patterns. Company will discuss and guide if necessary, on how to introduce the applications. The cost of introduction and management of your own clients will not be much as such and more than 75% of this income will be your net profit. (Before tax if any in your own country).

Our company will share income with our Business Partners and agents, on agreed terms.
Registration fees to become a Business Partner / Agency as below. No other financial investment is needed, except mentioned above.
Exclusive Territory Agency – USD 25,000 up (May vary depending on the country and the market environment). You will have the right to appoint sub agents or Business Partners with our prior approval.
Business Partner – USD 2,500
Business Partnership / Agency Agreement will have the validity of 3 years from the date of signing. On the expiry of the validity, if both the parties agree to continue, then could renew the rights of Partnership / Agency on the mutually agreed conditions, by paying the prevailing fee at the time of renewal.
It is recommended that any party who wish to be an agent, first to join as a Business Partner. Upon satisfaction, could opt for the Agency, if available and at the time of prevailing Agency fee. If upgrading from Business Partner to Agency, the Agency could pay the balance amount after reducing the registration fee paid to become a Business Partner. (This reduction will apply only within the first 3 months).
Both the parties need to agree on a minimum sales volume commitment(Monthly & Annually). Company has the right to terminate the Partnership / Agency if the company fail to meet the sales volume target.
In any event, paid amounts or fees will not be refunded.
Company will not spend or reimburse any cost involved in the expenses as mentioned before.
Business Partners / Agency need to provide the on-site support for your own clients. If necessary, company will provide any necessary technical support related to the application, by emails. Necessary training material / help guides will be provided by the company.
Company will take the responsibility of providing quality working applications as described in the introduction documents provided. Any quality issues will be addressed and fixed by the company without any cost to Business Partner / Agency or the client.
Company will undertake any additional changes required by the clients and cost / time estimation will be provided based on the new changes required.
Current application prices for the clients as below
Setup fee is USD 50
Monthly Subscription is USD 50. (For 12 nozzles only, each additional nozzle will change extra USD 2 per monthly).
In addition to the above management application, below related applications (Optional), could be subscribed.
Pump Operator Dashboard. Real time meter readings and payment deposits, unloading of fuel
Payroll System (including attendance and any pumper shortages direct to Pump Operator’s salaries.)
Company guarantees that the monthly subscription price will not change for next 2 yrs.
However, company has the right to change the setup fee and the subscription amount for the new clients, with an intimation to our Business Partners / Agents who are not subscribed yet.
If necessary, translation to other languages could be provided on Free of charge, and reasonable efforts will be taken to maintain the correct meanings. If any language changes proposed by the clients, company will do the changes accordingly.
Setup fees and monthly subscriptions, clients will have to pay directly to our company or you being the Business Partner / Agency, could collect and send us the said payments on behalf of your clients. We could discuss and agree on how this could be continued.
Application will be activated or reactivated upon the receipt of payments to our company accounts. If any default payments from clients, application will be auto deactivated.
Our company will maintain the contact details of the application users (Clients). As such, you are required to provide all the requested details, before setting up of the application.
Application will be exclusive for each client, and we never maintain a single application for all the clients in one, in order to avoid a risk of mixing of each other clients details and to increase the speed of the application.
Clients could discontinue the usage of the application at any time, but paid setup fees or the subscriptions will not be refunded. In case if client needs to reactivate the application, then need to register as a new client by paying applicable fees.
