Our company’s main business is HR on the east-European market. Along we are taking part in the development and creation of software and applications for online communication for job applicants and those interested in employment, as well as the creation and management of customer career and HR sections.
The company was founded more than 15 years ago and for a long time it was among the leaders in the field of temporary staffing employment, specializing in the "automotive" sector and related manufacturing and engineering enterprises. It also specializes in the provision of personnel consultancy and the placement of new employees (recruitment, executive search and headhunting). During its existence, the company has provided or created over 41,000 jobs. It also offers language testing or psychodiagnostic screening for its customers (more than 260 language and over 1,150 psychodiagnostic tests were carried out in 2019). It also ensures the outsourcing of the HR process (HHR support), payroll or recruitment support and recruitment campaigns (recruitment support). It has extensive experience and know-how in the field of employing foreigners in the Czech Republic and the EU.
The company met the conditions of the ISO certification audit and received the SN ENISO 14001:2016 certificate for the environmental management system "consulting and management of HR processes" and the SN EN ISO 9001:2016 certificate for the quality management system "consulting and management of HR processes". In 2020, the company started preparing to obtain TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) certification for information security in supply networks and mitigating cyber risk with a view to protecting the management of prototypes or industrial process infrastructure.
We offer a complete company takeover, with receivables amounting USD 6.0 million and liabilities USD 3.1 million.
