The ownership is an undivided interest in a condominium offering 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2,399 sq. feet, ocean views, designer furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, televisions in all bedrooms and living area, spacious living and dining area and a very large enclosed terrace for additional dining. You will also have access to full concierge services! You can walk to most amenities the resort has to offer from the condo complex.
Fractional ownership is not the same as a time share…….
The biggest difference is that a fractional owner actually has their name (usually a Costa Rican company) included on the title of the condo as an undivided interest (property identification and registered in the Costa Rica Public Registry). There are only 5 fractional ownership condos in the Residence Club Complex of 5 buildings with 4 condos in each building with a total of 20 condos. 6 are privately owned, 9 are owned and managed as rentals for the Four Seasons Resort/Hotel.
To own a condo in the Residence Club Development you would have to pay at least $1,850,000 and the annual maintenance fees will be much higher than for a fractional ownership. The developer no longer has private or fractional ownership inventory available for sale.
