The asking price is 125 Mn euros, it is for the entire selling: real estate and business.
Strategically located conference centers (to be) combined with in-house hotel accommodations in the mid- to upper-midscale segment.
Offers spacious tailor-made conference venues designed for MICE events ranging up to 1,000-1,500 pax.
Total portfolio currently contains almost more than 1000 hotel rooms and more than 200 meeting rooms.
~2/3 of the venues are on a freehold basis and ~1/3 on a leasehold basis.
