The company is mainly characterized by the production of 10 wines known as "natural", meaning wines that not only come from organic grapes but are also produced using methods aimed at drastic reduction or, as in this specific case, total elimination of preservatives (sulfur dioxide), as well as all modern stabilizing additives and treatments, in favor of returning to ancient and harmless techniques, which are also beneficial for consumer health. In particular, the company's research focuses on perfecting its own know-how, which is primarily based on long macerations. The products are mostly marketed for export, currently targeting over 20 countries both in Europe and around the world.
The Winery currently produces approximately 70,000 bottles per year, including reds, whites, and rosés, mainly from Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Croatina, and Barbera grape varieties.
